What if the practice isn’t getting rid of fear…
but becoming bigger than it?

Making more space around it. Breathing around it. Remembering that fear can exist without taking over the entire experience.

Sometimes healing looks less like “fixing” ourselves and more like softening the contraction around what we feel.

Fear doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
Most of the time, it means you’re standing at the edge of something new.
The practice isn’t getting rid of fear before you move forward. It’s learning to welcome it without letting it lead.
You can feel the fear… and still choose creativity, movement, and possibility.

The drama triangle is fascinating because once we step onto it, we rarely stay in just one role.

Victim. Hero. Villain.
We move through all of them.

And often, without realizing it, we project roles onto the people around us too — needing them to be powerless, wrong, or in need of saving so the pattern can continue.

The real shift happens when we notice the hook… and choose presence instead.

Lately I’ve been returning to a simple framework that brings me back into creative responsibility.

Where is my focus?
What am I making this mean?
How am I responding?

These are the places I actually have agency.

When I shift even one of them, my experience begins to change. Not by controlling what’s out there — but by consciously engaging with what’s within.

Relating to life from a creative orientation is the key skill that has helped me build the life I love one moment at a time.

The invitation of the creator is to trust that life is always giving us exactly what we need.

Not to fix what’s out there — but to turn inward and ask:

What is here for me?

What am I being invited into right now?

Every moment holds the raw material for our next, fullest expression.

“You should be different.”

“That shouldn’t have happened.”

That’s the villain voice — judging what is.

What shifts when you stop taking it personally… and get curious instead?

The coach doesn’t try to fix, rescue, or take over.

They trust.

They trust that the person in front of them is capable, fully able to meet their own experience and grow from it in the exact way they’re meant to.

There’s no pressure to be needed. No attachment to being the one with the answer.

Just presence, openness, and the willingness to support… if it’s truly wanted.

The invitation is to give from my abundance. That's what the gift is. It's to receive fully the gifts that we already have, and from the natural gratitude, find our own generosity. Find ways that we can further enrich the system, find the ways that we can give from our abundance, from the places that we are already abundant.

We have more than we need, and we can give from those places in ways that enrich our lives in the giving, and enrich the systems and the people that we're in relationship with to create more abundance for everyone, including myself.
