From rotator cuff scare ➡️ PR on the Push Press.
This is what happens when you stop guessing and rehab with intention.
“I came in with significant shoulder pain and very limited range of motion… I was worried it might be a serious rotator cuff injury.”
Fast forward ⏩
Stronger. More confident. Still lifting heavy.
“Since starting therapy, I’ve already seen about a 21% increase in strength… and I’ve even been able to continue hitting personal records on lifts like the overhead press while recovering.”
No shutdown. No unnecessary time off.
Just the right plan, at the right time.
“Andrew takes a very thoughtful and thorough approach… clearly explains everything and consistently checks in.”
Pain doesn’t mean you stop.
It means you adapt and come back better.

Man, it’s amazing what you can accomplish when you get down to business and maximize each session.
Rilene reached out after an unfortunate car accident. She was in a tough spot—walking, working, working out, even decorating for the holidays had become difficult.
We started with concussion work (something that often goes unnoticed after car accidents), then focused on restoring her neck and back function. Once the pain was under control and movement improved, we stacked on injury prevention and performance work—especially on the rower.
The rower used to be a source of pain. Now she’s crushing it with more confidence than before.
That’s the goal. Not just getting you back to “functional,” but helping you come back stronger than before.
