Merry Christmas!

Dear Parents,

Your child is invited to join our summer art class. It will take place on Tuesdays from 1:00-3:00. We can add additional days and times if needed. Each child will enjoy exploring many different mediums, such as: pencil, conte, charcoal, colored pencils, watercolor, and acrylic on canvas. We will enjoy creating art with many different subject matters including: still lifes of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh flowers, landscapes, and abstracts. We will follow the renowned drawing curriculum of Larry Gluck. The students will learn about the elements and principles of design as well as the works of famous artists during each session. The class is starting on June 7th. Each child will have their own sketchbook and they will create a portfolio of their work. The monthly tuition is $150.00 and the supply fee is $50 including all art supplies, snacks, and bottled water. Therefore, the total is $200 per month. The class size will be 4-6 students. RSVP by Friday, May 20th, if your child will be participating in the class. I look forward to an awesome art experience with your children. Students will be welcome to exhibit their work at our next FAMA Recital and Art show on October 22nd, 10:30-1:30, at the Kawai Piano Gallery.
