The last day of school this year is Friday, June 1, 2018. If your child has medication(s) in the clinic, please come to school to pick up all of your child’s medication sometime during the last week of school. Medications must be picked up by a parent no later than 3:20 PM on the last day of school. This includes accessories such as tubing, masks and chambers. ALL medication left in the clinic after this day will be destroyed (including prescription medication such as EpiPen’s and Inhalers). There will be NO exceptions.

I hope you will understand that this is a safety measure to ensure these medications do not fall into the wrong hands. This not only protects your child, but it protects other students as well.

I have prepared forms for next school year to go home with these medications to help you prepare ahead of time. Forms must be done each school year and new medication and accessories supplied.

End of Year Parties for Kindergarten-Fourth Grade will be Thursday, May 31st from 1:15-2:15.

- Pre-Register to have your sticker ready to avoid the inside lines (must have id scanned this school year to pre-register).
- ALL visitors, even those who pre-register will be required to show their identification-please have this with you!
- Parking will be on the North and South side of the building as well as the back carpool lines; the front drive will be closed. (Please do not triple park in the back carpool line)
- Visitors will be asked to wait outside until party time at 1:15 while students get situated, at 1:15 we will open the front doors.
- Party ends at 2:15 and all visitors will need to leave by this time so that we can clear the carpool lane and ensure a safe dismissal.
- If checking your child(ren) out at 2:15 you will need to sign them out with their teacher(s).
