This week…just a few times to get sweaty with me!

Hit the weights tonight with my girly…she is strong, resilient, patient, disciplined, and so much fun! These swimmers are no joke…after attending swim team practice I realized how hard these athletes work and I’m so proud of her strong work ethic…I like to think she gets it from me but she’s way further ahead of me when I was 11!

Make the decision today to move tomorrow!

This group brought me so much joy today! I’ve missed so many of these faces and I’m just so grateful for friendships that have come into my life through fitness ❤️thanks for letting me take over this week!
