HOW TO: Simply trace the child's hand using the color of their choice, and write their 5 favorite things about preschool on each finger!

This plastic tray was for holding mini cupcakes. I kept it and used it for sorting another day. I am always finding fun ways to reuse interesting containers and packaging.
What are some fun things you have reused?

Have you seen ladybugs out in the yard yet this year? We love seeing them! We once had a ladybug-themed party in the summer, where we released a whole bunch of ladybugs we bought at the garden center. The kids had a blast and the ladybugs are good for your garden!

Here is an easy activity: print a ladybug without any spots (check our Etsy store for one!), then cut or punch black dots to place on the page.
This is an excellent activity for kids to practice their counting and patterns.

When you're finished, a great book you can read together is The Grouchy Ladybug by Eric Carle.

Then head outside and try to find some ladybugs in nature!
