Congrats to our July & August Adult Spotlight Player of the Month, Mariko Louer! Mariko has been playing tennis since 2019. She participates regularly in drills, uses the ball machine and hits with her son Apollo often! Mariko is fantastic to coach, as she is always open to feedback! We are happy to have her part of our awesome community here at Fridley!

Congrats to our July & August Junior Spotlight Player of the Month, Lynne Hu! Lynne is part of our Performance program here at Life Time Fridley! She is always coachable, kind to other students and is one of the hardest workers here at Fridley! She is an excellent student off the court as well. Amazing job Lynne! We are so proud of you!

• Graham Everett 18’s won a round in main draw and gave the #1 seed a tough match in 2nd set

Congrats, Rob Kohl, on being the Adult Spotlight Player of the Month!⭐️

Rob puts in lots of time to improve his game. Regularly hitting off the ball machine, hitting serves, booking a court to hit with other members. 💪 Recently, Rob started hitting with Coach Jared, to get some extra match play in! 🔥

Congratulations to Erik Olson, a senior from Irondale High School, on being the Junior Spotlight Player of the Month! ⭐️ Erik is part of the Performance group here at Fridley and takes lessons with Coach Nate! Erik recently qualified for the Individual Doubles State Tournament, with his partner, Mikey Sipahimalani! 🏅 Erik will be attending St. Olaf College this fall, where he plans to play tennis! 🎾 Congrats Erik! We are proud of you and thank you for your hard work and dedication to our program! 👏

Come make your serve and return better! With helpful coaching instruction & feedback, drills & skills players will have new things they can implement into their games. Serve & return tactics will also be discussed!🎾 Don’t neglect two of the most important shots in tennis!
