APAPA Fresno Chapter is excited to announce an API Youth Civic Engagement Workshop on Saturday, April 6, 2024. The event is free and targeted towards youth ages 16-21. If you know a youth who is interested, please have them email: [email protected] for more information and to secure a spot.

The workshop will allow youth to connect with local and statewide API leaders. Information will also be provided on possible internship opportunities in the community. We look forward to meeting our future leaders on April 6th.

Meet our Co-Chair, Noy Ounkham!

Noy is a driven entrepreneur and passionate advocate for social change. With over 10 years of experience in international business relations, he has established himself as a respected and impactful force in the world of social entrepreneurship. He has also been instrumental in securing funding and building partnerships with other organizations.

Noy's dedication to social change extends beyond his own endeavors. He is actively involved in the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association - APAPA - a nonpartisan nonprofit founded in 2001 with over 40 chapters across the country. As co-chair of the APAPA chapter in Fresno, California, he helps strategize the organization’s overall direction and works with partners to further the organization’s goal.

Overall, Noy's combination of entrepreneurial experience and non-profit expertise make him a unique and valuable asset to any organization committed to making a difference in the world. His ability to drive social change while building successful businesses is a testament to his passion and dedication.
