THIS. And this goes for other ADHDers too - just because you can do it doesn't mean that I can. It manifests in us all differently and also at different times. Off meds in my luteal phase with no sleep is VERY different from fully rested and medicated me. JUST TRUST WHAT WE SAY ABOUT OURSELVES.
