I think you will all be QUITE LITERALLY SHOCKED to find out that 10 am Chair Yoga is canceled tomorrow because is closed for our blizzard.

If you are feeling pulled under by the algorithm and the world right now, search "Walk For Peace" on Instagram and Facebook to find daily videos of the Buddhist monks walking from Texas to Washington, DC. They are 3 months into their walk and in North Carolina right now.
The images of people lining the streets in support, of local police escorting them, of Aloka the faithful rescue dog, of the roadside blessings and bracelets they offer - it's the exhale you didn't know you needed. The humanity of it brings tears to my eyes every day.
And if these images don't do it for you, then find something else that helps you remember the inherent good in people. It's a survival necessity at this point.
