America at the Crossroads: MAGA, Myth, and the Unfolding of Allah’s Decree

Introduction: A Slogan Beyond Politics
"Make America Great Again" (MAGA), the slogan popularized by U.S. President Donald Trump, has sparked intense political and cultural debate. While critics see it as a call to restore white supremacy and colonial nostalgia, and supporters hail it as a cry for national sovereignty, there is another dimension that few have explored: Could MAGA be an unwitting signpost of divine disruption? Could it signal the nearing collapse of a global colonial system that the Qur'an identifies with Gog and Magog (Ya'juj and Ma'juj)?
This article explores MAGA not as a campaign, but as a spiritual marker—a sign that the system built on conquest, deception, and exploitation is nearing its divinely appointed end. This piece expands on themes covered in the multi-part series "America: Fantasy vs Reality", which argues that World War III will not be between nations—but between governments and their own people, as the lies of empire collapse under their own weight.
The Rise of Gog and Magog: A Qur'anic Framing
In Surah al-Kahf (18:94-99) and Surah al-Anbiya' (21:96-97), Allah speaks of a corrupting force known as Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog), who spread mischief and domination across the Earth after a divine barrier is removed. Their emergence signals the closing of an epoch.
"Until when [the wall of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend..." (Qur'an 21:96)
Their characteristics align with the colonial European empires and the post-1492 world order, which has dominated the globe with war, enslavement, environmental destruction, and spiritual corruption. The United States—founded upon genocide, slavery, and corporate colonialism—has become Gog and Magog's most powerful engine.
1095 to 2095: The 1,000-Year Tarrying
The papal bull Terra Nullius in 1095, issued by Pope Urban II, declared that non-Christian lands were "empty" and available for conquest. It justified the Crusades and later colonialism. If we view this as the beginning of Gog and Magog's release, then the Qur'anic motif of them "tarrying for ten (centuries)" implies their system would reach its peak and begin to collapse around 2095.
"And they ask you about the Hour...Say: Its knowledge is with my Lord. None shall reveal its time but He..." (Qur'an 7:187)
Trump, MAGA, and Divine Irony
Donald Trump may not have intended it, but his rise to power disrupted the globalist narrative of the New World Order. His rhetoric openly challenged:
NATO and UN dependency
The outsourcing of U.S. sovereignty to multinational corporations
Endless wars in the Muslim world
To some, he represented chaos. But through a Qur'anic lens, chaos can be divine disruption—the cracking of Pharaoh's palace, the fall of Ni**od, or the confusion of Babylon.
"And your Lord is never unaware of what they do." (Qur'an 6:132)
Trump became, whether knowingly or not, a tool of Allah—just as Pharaoh was a tool to elevate Moses, and just as Quraysh's persecution elevated the Prophet Muhammad (s).
MAGA: Whose America? Whose Greatness?
The real question is: Which America are we talking about?
To Indigenous Muurs, America is not the United States corporation. It is Turtle Island—Amaraca, or Ta Amaru—the ancient Land of the Plumed Serpent. A land of peace, fitrah, and tawhid. The "greatness" MAGA longs for is not colonial dominance, but a return to sacred order—the natural sovereignty of fitrah peoples.
Thus, MAGA unintentionally calls for the fall of the system it pretends to protect.
"They plotted a plot, and Allah plotted a plot. And Allah is the best of plotters." (Qur'an 3:54)
World War III: Governments vs. Their Own People
As the deception of Gog and Magog unravels, the real battle is no longer between nations. The next war—the war already brewing—is between the rulers and the ruled.
Citizens awaken to the lies of false democracy
Indigenous people reclaim their histories and names
Youth rebel against colonial identity constructs
This spiritual civil war—truth vs. power, remembrance vs. forgetfulness—will define this century.
"And We desired to favor those who were oppressed in the land, to make them leaders and inheritors..." (Qur'an 28:5)
Conclusion: The Clock is Ticking
We are living in the final moments of a 1,000-year cycle. The colonial nations—the U.S., Britain, France, Israel—are unraveling under the weight of their own crimes. Economic instability, spiritual disconnection, and environmental collapse are not random—they are signs.
The Qur'an offers guidance, not just for belief, but for interpretation of world events. MAGA may be a false idol to some, a rallying cry to others—but to the spiritually aware, it is a crack in the veil, a sign that the time of Gog and Magog is almost up.
The fitrah will rise. The Muurs will remember. And Divine Justice will prevail.
