🎻 Learning music is about more than just lessons and practice.
Experiencing live performances helps young musicians develop musical understanding, musicianship, and a deeper appreciation for the arts. Hearing and watching musicians perform together gives students a perspective that simply can’t be gained from the practice room alone.
This year, Teacher Jason co-founded Bay Camerata with a team of experienced Bay Area musicians and educators, with backgrounds connected to the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and California Youth Symphony.
Bay Camerata is a Fremont-based nonprofit organization created to bring more performance and ensemble opportunities to young musicians in the East Bay.
🎶 On October 3, our young musicians will perform side by side with professional artists in a program featuring Mozart and some of our favorite music from film.
Whether your child is learning an instrument or simply enjoys music, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience live music, build a deeper appreciation for the arts, and be inspired by young musicians performing alongside professional artists!
