We are a FIRST Robotics club based out of Freeland, Michigan and the official club of the Freeland Community School District.

We compete in all levels of FIRST from 2nd to 12th grades.

10/06/2026

Our FTC teams are hard at work preparing for an exciting season! From testing intakes and shooting mechanisms to learning CAD and refining their robot designs, our builders and programmers are putting their skills to the test.

Meanwhile, our presentation teams are learning about FTC awards, planning outreach activities, and building their Engineering Portfolios to document the story behind their season.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes—and our students are learning, designing, testing, failing, improving, and working together every step of the way! 💡🔧💻

🏆 FIRST Competition Alert!
Both of our FTC teams will compete Week 1 at our Home Qualifier:

📅 October 31, 2026
📍 Freeland High School

Come out and support our teams as they put all their hard work to the test! 🐝🤖

🎉 What a great time representing our club at the Homecoming Parade! 🎉

We were so proud to showcase our new trailer, made possible in part by the generous support of members of our community. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make this exciting addition possible!

And, of course, we had a blast putting our T-shirt cannon to good use! 💥 We sent plenty of T-shirts, drawstring bags, and balls into the crowd, and we hope you had as much fun catching them as we did launching them!

📸 If you caught something from our T-shirt cannon, we’d love to see it! Tag us or share a photo in the comments.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out, cheered us on, and helped make the parade such a fun day. 💚🖤💛

💙 1in6 Support Michigan Celebrate Abilities Parade💙

Saturday was more than just another robotics outreach event. It was a day filled with smiles, creativity, connection, and a reminder of why we do what we do. 🤖💙

We had the opportunity to hand out Frobots, foam stress balls, and keychains! We also introduced kids to robotics through Ozobots, and let them get behind the controls of mini-bots! 🤖🎮 Watching kids drive the mini-bots around and seeing their excitement as they experimented with the robots made the day so special. We also loved watching them color their own paths and bring their drawings to life. 🎨

But what made today truly meaningful was knowing that we were continuing the legacy of one of our teammates who passed away last year. He made an impact on the people around him, and getting to come and carry that passion and energy forward meant more to our team than words can even express.

Today, we got to share the things we love, make new memories, and honor a teammate who will always be a part of our team. We hope we can continue the legacy he left behind—one smile, one connection, and one person inspired by STEM at a time.

Aiden's legacy continues through us. 💙💙💙
