Freedom Irish Wrestling The process is following the expectations while
giving your best effort consistently.

-Be responsible for your actions.
-Its up to you to know the expectations and follow them accordingly
-Know where your gear/uniform are at all times

-Our approach at practice and competitions requires attention to detail and full effort in how
we train and compete.

-Respect Everyone! (Parents, Teachers, Coaches, Managers, Teammates, Classmates, Alumni,
other athletes, ect)
-Have great sportsmanship. Respect the sport, the officials, and the opponents.

* Gratitude
-Appreciate the opportunity to be surrounded by others that wish nothing but the best for
you, care for you, and are willing to devote time away from their families to help you
-Show gratitude towards parents, teammates, anyone else that supports what you do
-Take pride in being apart of a great program. Always respect the history and appreciate
what has been put in by those before you to bring this program to what it is today
-Put what is in the best interest of our team and our program ahead of what is in the best
interest of yourself.
