I lapsed and forgot big event shirt orders are due tomorrow!

The Big Event is planned for April 5th. I don’t have an exact event in the books just yet, but we’ve done adopt a road, tree planting, Monocacy clean up, habitat for humanity so think along those lines. I’ll firm up details this week.

Happy Monday!!! We’re only 3 days away from our first Welcome to the City! As of last week we had 16 registered guests! Rockwell Brewery knows we’re coming but I plan to get there at 5:30pm to get us some tables. For those of you that didn’t using the sign-up link in the event page to register, shoot me a message so I can plan for you too! Everyone is welcome!! Looking forward to seeing some new faces and catching up with some old ones!! Go Hokies! ♥️🧡

The Western Maryland Hokies spent the morning weeding and mulching flower beds at the Monocacy National Battlefield visitor center. It felt great to get back out there! We’ll be back out tomorrow planting trees at Waterford Park! 🧡♥️

Hello fellow Hokies! Just a reminder that we have two The Big Events planned for this upcoming weekend. A monocacy battlefield cleanup Saturday at 10am and a tree planting in Waterford park on Sunday at 9am. The details are on the event pages, but please reach out if you have any questions. It’s not to late to sign-up!

For those of you who are interested in participating with us for The Big Event this year, you're in luck because there are going to be THREE opportunities! Please either mark "Going" to the event(s) you plan on attending or reach out to the group or Jennifer Griesbach to let us know what event you plan to attend. I should have a few extra t-shirts on a first come, first serve basis for anyone that didn't request one Wed! I can't wait to see everyone in April! Go Hokies!! =)
