I Believe in Me is looking for committed, passionate, and dependable individuals who believe in making tomorrow better by showing up in the lives of young people TODAY.

Our work is built on relationships and consistency. Whether it’s mentoring, tutoring, homework assistance, preparing meals, helping with field trips, supporting activities, or simply being another positive adult in a young person’s corner—your presence matters.

We’re not just looking for people to fill volunteer hours. We’re looking for people who want to make an impact.

What a way to celebrate the start of a new school year! 📚🏈

We had the opportunity to take our I Believe in Me young men to College Park to experience Maryland Football, enjoy the atmosphere, and spend some quality time together—all while the Terps got the WIN! 🐢🙌🏾

At IBM, it’s bigger than just creating moments. We’re creating memories. Memories, experiences, and exposure that we hope our young men carry with them for years to come.

New school year. New relationships, New opportunities. ❤️

A huge thank you to our lead sponsors, Rowan Digital and Ace Solutions, for helping make our Back-to-School event possible! ❤️

Thank you to Macy’s for their generous in-kind contribution, including allowing us to shop in-store Saturday morning to finish our shopping, and to Sam’s Club for their generous contribution as well.

Most importantly, thank you to our amazing volunteers who selflessly gave their time and energy to serve our students and families. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We also thank our esteemed guests who joined us, and we all appreciated the inspiring remarks from Desmond Densler.

The need in our community is very evident, and we are hopeful that this will become an annual event so we can continue supporting even more students and families.

To all our students, we wish you a successful and amazing start to the school year! 📚✏️
