📢 Pine Jr. High Beta – Service Hour Update
Beta Members, this year we are going to do things a little differently with service hours to make the process easier for everyone!
📝 You will keep a paper service-hour log and have the person you complete your service for sign it. The service-hour logs are located outside Room 306.
🚨 PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY NEW SERVICE HOURS INTO THE BETA APP THIS YEAR. Sponsors will be responsible for entering your verified service hours into the Beta app.
If you have already entered some hours into the Beta app, that is okay! However, you will still need to record those hours on your paper service log and have them signed.
This change is being made because many service entries last year did not include enough detail about the service performed, which meant that some entries had to be corrected and updated. We believe this new system will make keeping track of your hours easier and more accurate for everyone!
📌 Please remember:
✅ Record all service hours on your paper log.
✅ Get a signature for each service activity.
✅ Keep your descriptions detailed.
✅ Turn in your completed service-hour log by March 30, 2027
❌ Do NOT enter any new hours into the Beta app yourself.
