For a lot of students, summer break can look like sleeping in, and taking it easy. Our testers spent it differently. While summer wound down, our students stayed on the mat, kept showing up to class, and closed out the season by testing for their next belt. 👏

That’s what commitment looks like. Not the flashy moment on testing day, but every practice before it — the ones nobody was watching. You could’ve coasted through August…but you chose differently.

To our newest ranks, you’re ending the summer stronger than you started it, and that’s a habit worth keeping into fall. This is sustainable growth in action. 👌🏽

Keep showing up. That’s the whole secret.

What a great day at Kickin' at the Beach! 🌊🥋

Thank you to Senior Master and Mrs. Crucitti for hosting an incredible tournament and bringing our ATA family together.

We're so proud of every MPower student who stepped into the ring with courage and confidence. It takes heart to compete, and you represented so well!!!

Grateful for our amazing community and all the family, friends, and teammates who showed up to cheer everyone on. There's nothing like our MPower family. 🙌🏽🤩

Some ATA Martial Arts World Championships are memorable. This one was truly special!!

Watching Team India make its Songahm Cup debut was one of the greatest privileges of the week! From meeting and training together for the very first time to leaving everything they had on the mat, these athletes embraced every challenge with courage, heart, and an incredible sense of pride. It was an honor to be part of the coaching staff and witness a little piece of history.

This week also brought another unforgettable moment. Being nominated alongside so many incredible club owners for Rookie Club of the Year was deeply humbling. Just over a year ago, MPower Martial Arts was an idea fueled by passion, faith, and a dream to create something meaningful. Today, it's a community that continues to exceed anything I could have imagined. To every student, family, instructor, and friend who has trusted me to be part of your journey - thank you. This recognition belongs to all of us, and I truly believe we're only scratching the surface of what's possible!

Every ATA World Championships leaves me inspired in a different way. It reminds me how fortunate I am to have found martial arts, not just for the lessons it's taught me, but for the people it's brought into my life. It challenges me to grow, reignites my purpose, and reminds me why we do what we do. We're not just teaching kicks, forms, or sparring. We're building confidence, resilience, character, and future leaders. That's a responsibility I never take lightly, and it's one I'm grateful for every single day.

Already looking forward to next year ⭐️💫

Core memory unlocked!!

Our Dad & Me Night was everything we hoped it would be. Lots of laughs, a little friendly competition, pizza, water games, and quality time that our kids will remember long after the night was over.

Thank you to all of the dads and father figures who showed up, got on the mat, and were fully present.

Those moments matter.

This is what MPower is all about…building confidence, creating community, and making memories together.

I’m incredibly honored to share that MPower Martial Arts has been nominated, by ATA Martial Arts, for the Rookie Club of the Year Award!

What started as a dream to serve our community through martial arts has grown into something truly special. Every student who steps onto the mat, every parent who trusts us with their child’s journey, and every family who has become part of our MPower community has played a role in this achievement.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping create a culture built on confidence, character, leadership, and belonging. This nomination is a reflection of all of you. 💙🥋

A huge congratulations to the other nominated schools as well!! It is an honor to be recognized alongside so many incredible clubs that are making a positive impact through martial arts and leadership development.

No matter the outcome, I am deeply grateful for how far we've come and even more excited for where we're headed. We’re just getting started, and the best is yet to come.
