FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

Welcome! Help us create a safe, positive, and spirited game day for everyone.

Be a Good Sport: Cheer loud and proud for your team. Taunting, vulgarity, abusive language, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.

Respect the Game: Stay off the playing field, keep aisles clear, and never throw objects.

Follow Staff & Policy: Sit in your designated area, follow staff instructions, and adhere to all facility and OHSAA rules.

Dress Appropriately: Clothing displaying obscene, offensive, or indecent messaging is prohibited.

Prohibited Items & Activities:

No outside food or drinks

No sports equipment (footballs, basketballs, frisbees, beach balls, etc.)

No drugs, alcohol, or impaired behavior

Violators may be denied entry or removed from the venue without refund.

FHS Parents/Guardians/Students, come visit the Angel Shop each Sunday beginning August 16th from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Franklin First United Methodist Church.

They offer free gently used formal wear for teens. This may be an opportunity to find something in time for the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, Sept. 26th.

OUR SCHOOL ATTENDANCE GOAL IS 95% OR HIGHER FOR ALL STAFF MEMBERS AND STUDENTS

Why Attendance Matters

• Students who miss 2 or more days in the first 20 days are 5 times more likely to be chronically absent.
• If a student misses 2 days a month, then they will miss 20 days a year; 7800 minutes of instruction or 173 class periods per school year.
• The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce only allows for students to miss 10% of school. If a student misses more than 10% in one school year, then they will be counted chronically absent.
• Parents only get 12 parent notes per year. On the 13th day, the student will be unexcused.
Important Attendance Reminder

If a student has any unexcused absences or tardies to school, this may keep them from attending homecoming or prom.
