Motherhood is beautiful, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

You are allowed to feel grateful and exhausted at the same time. You are allowed to miss your old routine while deeply loving your baby. Both things can exist together.

The newborn phase asks a lot from mothers physically, mentally, and emotionally. And still, every day, you keep showing up with love.

That is strength.
