My sprinting ground today… I’m 33 trying to feel like I did when I was 23. I’d say in the last two months I feel like I did before we had kids 😂 But not where I was when I was 23. Still have a lot of work to do.

But eating better, drinking a little less (a little 😉) and exercising regularly has been game changing even more so for mental clarity. Which is mission critical for running and scaling a box as a Smart Founder.

If you know you need it, just start. One good habit leads to so many more.

Okay, one more sprint. 🏃

4 weeks of the most consistent workouts I've had in 5 years. Actually, the last 8 weeks have been serious personal goal setting and reaching...

☕️ Broke my Coffee addiction.
💪 Working out consistently.
⏳ Sarted intermittent fasting (still need to master this on the weekends haha)

No goals of getting shredded, but all sorts of goals for feeling good physically & mentally!

I'm only doing 30 min workouts 5 days a week, but it's made the biggest difference! One of the most noticeable is my confidence to stick to personal growth goals.

Honestly, that's been a challenge for me. Our focus has been so dead set on growing businesses and having kids (with no family around mind you haha), that I bumped personal things down. Real far haha

It's so easy to default to the excuse of not having time because of work, but living this life, that's never ending.

The work never stops.

So eventually you have to just DO IT.

There comes a time you have to say, "I'm making time for this.". And then do it.

You have time to break habits. You have time to take care of yourself.

I'm believing more and more, if you don't take care of yourself, you're limiting the possibilities of what you can build.

And we're all wanting to build something that leaves a legacy.

So let's do that and make sure we're around to enjoy it! Because it's not going to happen over night.

Legacy building businesses are 10 - 15 - 20 years to build. You gotta last at least that long.

Why I’m not afraid of “competition”. You with me? 🙌

PS: I don’t believe in competition. We are all delivering a unique product or service. If it is awesome and your customer service is great, you have nothing to worry about.

But... working harder than them doesn’t hurt. 😉

I stopped drinking coffee, and as of two weeks ago... no caffeine in general. It has been game changing for me.

I don't think coffee is bad, but for me it was messing up my focus and ability to sit down without bouncing around like a mad man.

Some benefits I've felt:
- I feel less anxious throughout the day.
- I don't bounce between tasks aimlessly.
- I'm more productive at every hour of the day.
- I'm waking up with more energy.
- I feel more motivated and excited for the day.
- I'm WAY less tired in the afternoon and evenings.

I don't know if I want to go back. I'll probably have an espresso with a meal now and then, but gone are the days of dependency.

I think one of the coolest things is I feel empowered. I bounced between wanting to stop drinking coffee and doing it for years, and finally did it.

That confidence is igniting a new world for me.

This is the beginning of a new way I look at my mental and physical health, and it feels good.
