I am Tabitha Liburd of Marshall Duke Consulting, and I am a Conflict Manager. I’ve worked for more than 20 years as an attorney and in senior legal and administrative roles in courts in the Commonwealth Caribbean, and during those times have seen many issues that I felt could be resolved if people only understood the dynamics of conflict.

I entered the field of Conflict Resolution with mediation training in 2006, and became so excited by the possibility that people could resolve conflict amicably! As time progressed my passion for Conflict Resolution grew, and Marshall Duke Consulting was established with the sole purpose of teaching leaders actionable strategies to resolve and manage conflict.
