These kinds of post are never fun, but here we are 🙃

With all due respect, I am a cosmetology student. I am not a licensed cosmetologist. Nor are any of my classmates in the school salon.

If you book an appt with any of us please keep a few things in mind

-there is no guarantee on the results of your hair
-this is a school, we are only students
-you’re paying pennies compared to what you’d pay at a “normal” salon because of this
-we are guided by our instructors and “certified”for any services we perform
-that does NOT mean we’re perfect & that there will never be any issues

By coming to the salon to get services done, you are agreeing to those things & agreeing that a STUDENT is doing your hair and may make mistakes. There are also things we cannot control, and even a licensed cosmetologist cannot control, like lifting black box dye. 

I’m not being snarky, I’m not being mean.. I’m being honest. If you’re paying $30 for a $300 job.. you’re not at a 5 star salon and you’re agreeing to that risk.
