We’re closed today, Monday, September 7th, for Labor Day!

24/7 Gym Membership and Members with Key Fobs still can use the gym today, but all training sessions, personal training, group classes and sports performance will resume tomorrow Tuesday, September 8th.

See you Tuesday during our regular hours.

Here’s our hours rest of the week:
Tuesday 6am-7pm
Wednesday 6am-8pm
Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday: 6am-5pm

Squatting isn’t just about how much weight is on the bar, it’s about moving well, staying controlled, and building strength with purpose.

Focus on the fundamentals:

🔥 Create a strong, consistent setup
🔥 Brace before every rep
🔥 Keep your knees tracking with your toes
🔥 Control the weight on the way down
🔥 Drive through your whole foot on the way up

At Max Strength Performance, “Trust the Process” means understanding that real results are built over time.

It means showing up even when progress feels slow, following the program, listening to your coaches, staying consistent, and putting in quality work day after day.

You won’t PR every workout. You won’t feel your strongest every day. Some weeks you’ll make huge progress; other weeks, progress means staying consistent and putting in the work.

But every workout matters.

Trust the process at MSP means:

Show up. Do the work. Follow the plan. Stay consistent. Let the results come.

Want to get more out of your leg press? Don’t sacrifice form just to add more plates.

🔑 Keep your back and hips firmly against the pad
🔑 Keep your knees tracking in line with your toes
🔑 Control the weight on the way down
🔑 Use a comfortable range of motion without your hips rolling off the pad
🔑 Drive through your whole foot and finish each rep under control

The goal isn’t to move the most weight. The goal is to make the weight work for YOU.

Our leg press at MSP is able to be done bilateral or unilateral. Hit both and see the results go up!

Quality reps ➡️ Consistent progress ➡️ Stronger legs.
