Dr. Matt Rhoda, Superintendent of Community Schools of Frankfort, leads with a clear focus: Literacy, Community, and Post-Secondary Expectations. These three Pillars of Excellence guide decision-making across the district and keep student success at the center of the work.

From building strong literacy skills to preparing students for success beyond graduation, Dr. Rhoda believes schools must equip every student with the tools they need for their future. Just as important is investing in the students, families, and staff who make up the Frankfort community.

ClassBank is a big hit at Green Meadows Intermediate! Students earn “coins” for things like making good choices, working hard, being responsible, showing kindness, and helping make school a great place to be. They then spend their coins in their classroom store or save them for special rewards from the school store!

Some popular choices so far:
📞 A positive phone call home from Mr. Doub, Mrs. Uitts, or Officer Rob
📬 A postcard home celebrating their accomplishments
🍕 Lunch in the foyer with a friend
⛳ Mr. Doub’s Hole-in-One Competition
🐾 Play time with Gatsby (a popular choice, as pictured!) 🐶

We love that our school community is full of such fun and meaningful ways to recognize students and celebrate the positive choices they make every day!
