You have an internal ability and an external. The internal
Protects and facilitates the external. The external without the internal will wear you out. Keep the hidden man built up with scripture for confidence and endurance! That's what the word walk is all about.

1Pe 3:4 KJV But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
