Tonight:
7pm Yang/Yin at Firefly Foxboro
Still moving deeply through Wintertime but Spring is on the horizon. The in-between time isn’t easy for a lot of us and that can show up as irritation or impatience. Give yourself the space you need to move through these experiences, and maybe your yoga practice can be the place for that. Remember: nothing is permanent.
Come enjoy slow flow in the form of gentle twisting, forward/back- bending, and then instill those sensations within our slower Yin practice.

Tonight: 7pm Yang/Yin... we will tap deep into our core, connecting with the energy of the Kidneys through dynamic Yang movement followed by long-held Yin postures. Take time for yourself to give your mind, body, and spirit the full balanced practice it needs.

So excited to share a long-awaited schedule change! Join me at Firefly Foxboro on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Hatha Yoga at 10:30am. What is Hatha Yoga, you ask? Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced class that focuses on the individual asanas (poses) —rather than flowing from pose to pose in a Vinyasa practice. A Hatha Yoga practice aims to deepen concentration, enhance meditation and bring energy and health to the body and mind by opening the energy channels. It is ideal for those who are new to a yoga practice or a great way for a seasoned practitioner to focus on the intricacies of asana. ✨✨✨ See you on the mat!
