Spring sports seasons are right around the corner!! First preseason practices and then games! Hopefully you can put to use all the things you did to improve over the off-season to good use!

But sometimes “Your Best Ability is Your Availability “.

It won’t matter if you decreased your 40, from a 4.9 to a 4.7 or increased your squat by 100lbs or your bench by 50lbs if you are constantly on the sideline with a hamstring pull, a hip flexor issue, a shoulder strain.

Grateful for another year!!

Winter sports seasons are upon!! Practice and Games have started. How are you holding up?
✅Great! Never Better!!
OR
✅My Hamstrings/low back are always tight even though I stretch
✅I think I pulled my hip flexor
✅I pulled my groin
✅I tweaked my ankle
✅I just don’t quite have the explosion I did 3 weeks ago

I stretch, ice, lift, rest, etc…nothing I do seems to help…🤷‍♂️
