✍ Number #1 Get a certified Coach. There's plenty of certifications out there. Get a coach that is serious about their own development in their craft.
✍ Number #2 Experience as a Coach. You heard me... Think about the Coach that took you from A to B in sports, music, etc. How many people or leaders has this Coach taken from A to B?
✍ Number #3 What is their background? Can they coach, consult and work with all the parts of you in a integrative and holistic manner?
✍ Number #4 Do you feel comfortable working with your Coach? Listen...I am not talking about only liking them...that's fine and needed, but do you respect them as your guide, partner and advisor?

One of the most avoided leadership and life skills?
😒Having the conversation you know needs to happen.
Not when it’s convenient.
Not when it’s perfectly worded.
But when it’s necessary.
