I ask a lot of questions.

Like...a LOT 😂

And there's a reason for that.

Usually, when someone comes to me with a problem, they've already decided what needs to be fixed.

"We need a better system."

"My team isn't following the process."

"I need to hire someone."

"I need to automate this."

"This offer takes too much of my time."

Ok.
But...why?

What's actually happening?

When did it start?

What changed?

Is this happening every time or only sometimes?

What happens right before it?

What else is this affecting?

And one of my favorites...

What problem are we actually trying to solve?

Because I don't want to spend time, money, or energy fixing something only to discover three months later that we treated a symptom.

I want to find what's underneath it.

Sometimes it IS the system.

Sometimes it's the offer.

Sometimes it's capacity.

Sometimes it's a decision nobody made.

Sometimes it's something completely different than where we started.

That's why I ask so many questions.

We follow the problem until we find the root cause.

Then we fix the thing that actually needs fixing.

And THAT is usually where the "Ohhhh. That makes sense." moment happens.

Got something in your business that isn't making sense? Tell me what's happening. I probably have some questions.

Making more money is great.

But if every increase in revenue also means more work, more decisions, more things only you can handle, and more of your time...

At some point, something has to give.

Because your business has to be able to support the revenue you're trying to create.

Can you bring on another client without making your week miserable?

Can you sell more of your offer without creating a delivery problem?

Can someone else handle parts of the work without everything coming back to you?

Are you spending your time on the things that actually create revenue, or is the business eating up that time just to keep running?

This is the stuff I care about.

Not systems for the sake of systems.
Not making everything prettier or more organized just because we can.

I want to know what's happening behind the scenes that's making it harder for your business to make, protect, or increase revenue.

And then, because you know I'm going to ask a lot of questions, we figure out WHY it's happening.

That's where we start making it make sense.

The personal struggles of figuring out a way to not be the nagging mom when it comes to responsibilities in the house has been a challenge.

Our most recent adventure however has been the most successful.

How are you managing tasks in your household or business?

07/28/2026

I love a good project plan because it saves you so much time and there's far less stess.

The real flex is understanding exactly how to get to the intended outcome without losing your mind.

Drop your biggest struggles when it comes to projects!

07/28/2026

I might have some perfectionist tendencies when it comes to project planning.

I hit a hyperfocus after the client signed the contract which meant we are getting started soon.

What I've learned is that when there's a strategically clear project plan in place right up front, it saves you hours and a lot less stress over the course of the project.

I'm working on "perfecting" my project planning workflow because I know I can save myself some time there too.

Bring on the onboarding call. Excited to get started working with a past client again!

If you do project planning, drop your #1 tip!
If you struggle with project planning, drop your #1 question or struggle!

If you had less than 5 fingers left...

Good.

Not because it's fun realizing your business is relying on you more than it should.

Because now you have data.

Most service providers assume they're the problem.

"I need to be more organized."

"I need to remember better."

"I need to work harder."

Maybe.

But more often than not...

Your business is simply asking your brain to do more than it should.

Every time you think,

➡️ "I'll remember."

➡️ "I'll just keep that in my head."

➡️ "I'll find that email later."

➡️ "I know I wrote that down somewhere..."

Your business is depending on your memory instead of a reliable way of working.

That doesn't make you a bad business owner.

It means you've outgrown the way your business currently operates.

And that's actually good news.

Because businesses can be redesigned.

Let me simplify the thing you've been overthinking.

'Is this the right time?'
There's no perfect time. There's just now and later. Later usually means more of the same.

'What if I can't keep up?'
You set the pace. The Hub works around your schedule, not the other way around.

'What if it doesn't work for my specific situation?'
That's what the diagnostic is for. It starts with your situation specifically.

'What if I'm not ready?'
Ready for what? To stop figuring it out alone? You've been ready.

'What if I join and it's not what I expected?'
Ask me. Seriously. Reply to any email or DM me. I'll tell you exactly what to expect.

You've been thinking about this long enough.

The waitlist is open.
July is close.

You can't delegate what only exists in your memory.

You can't step back from a business that falls apart the second you stop being the one who knows everything.

And you can't build capacity when you're still the answer to every question.

This is the part nobody talks about when they say 'just hire someone.'

Hiring someone won't fix it.

The process has to exist somewhere other than your memory before anyone else can touch it.

And it's exactly what we fix inside the Impact Hub.

Not by handing you a template and wishing you luck.

By working through it with you. In office hours. In co-working. With a diagnostic that tells you exactly where to start.

Founding member pricing closes July 13th. Comment I'M IN for the link!

06/28/2026

POV: You've been watching someone build the exact thing you need and you keep talking yourself out of it.

Last call if you're tired of figuring it out alone.

The Impact Hub opens to the public in just a few days.

But founding members get in first.
And founding member perks are available to anyone who joins by July 13th.

If you've been watching.
If you've been nodding along.
If you've been thinking "this is exactly what I need" and then closing the tab.

This is the moment.

Because the doors open this week.
And the founding member rate doesn't exist after July 13th.

→ Comment TELL ME MORE and I will DM you

(I'm rooting for you. And also a little sad every time you close the tab.)
