Will need the following:
Heavy duty stand mixers
Heavy duty food processers/choppers
1 for nuts
1 for cheese if bought in blocks not shredded
Heavy duty extension cords
Large bowls
Measuring cups and spoons
Spatulas
Food scales
Food grade gloves
Plastic wrap
Aluminum foil
Labels-with nuts and without nuts
Containers and lids (furnished)
Plastic table coverings
Dish soap
Dish clothes and towels
