Last Friday, clinicians, residents, and interns from the Fort Worth Eye Associates, Community Eye Clinic, Alcon's Children Vision Center, and the NTERI team participated in the Scholars in Visual Sciences event on the UNT Health Fort Worth campus.

Attendees heard from NTERI trainees and students, TCOM students, Dr. Ann Ranelle, President, Fort Worth Eye Associates, Interns from Fort Worth Eye Associates, Dr. Jennifer Deakins, Medical Director, Community Eye Clinic, and Dr. Angela Hembree, Ocular Disease Optometry Resident.

Congratulations to Rajiv Rangan, a student in Dr. Abe Clark's lab, for successfully defending his Ph.D. dissertation with distinction. Rajiv's dissertation was titled, "Monoaminylation in Glaucoma and Beyond."

Rajiv's committee consisted of Dr. Tara Tovar-Vidales, Dr. Cameron Millar, Dr. Denise Inman, Dr. Yang Liu, and Dr. Rehana Lovely.
