Amon-Carter Riverside Class of 2000: Reunion Planning

Open House at Carter Riverside High School!

Friday, October 7 from 11am until 1pm.

If you missed the Open House and Ribbon Cutting in June, this is your opportunity to see the $49 million worth of construction that has transformed Carter Riverside into a 21st Century campus. Students are out of school on this date so you will be free to roam the building at your leisure. Self-guided tour brochures will be available. All welcome!

Alumni, I have a request from the Principal of Carter-Riverside High School seeking help to honor the Senior class of 2020. With all that’s going on with COVID-19 they will not have any of the normal experiences of what their senior year should be. No seeing each other, no prom, and no graduation ceremony to receive what they’ve worked hard for over 12 years.

He needs $2000.00 to provide a banner and a yard sign for each member of the senior class of 2020! I’m asking for any donation you can provide but suggested donation of $50.00 would greatly be appreciated! It is an immediate need and must be received by May 15, 2020. This is a tax-deductible donation! I will then schedule a time to meet him at the school for delivery.

The check should be made out to:

Carter Riverside High School designating it in the memo line “Senior class of 2020” and mailed to my home address (rather than the Ex-Student PO Box) due to ease of not having to go out.
