We want to welcome our new Director of Marketing and Communications, Michael McFatridge! He will be working with the leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives and raise awareness in the DFW area of our amazing school. 💙💛🧡

Mr. McFatridge received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and his master’s degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University. For more than a decade, Mr. McFatridge has created family entertainment enjoyed by millions of children and parents worldwide. Before becoming a full-time content creator, he served in marketing leadership within the Christian television industry, combining his passion for storytelling with strategic communications and ministry.

Mr. McFatridge and his wife have two beautiful children and enjoy traveling and creating amazing memories together as a family.

When asked who has had the greatest impact on his life, Michael doesn't hesitate to name his wife, Aryn. “She balances me out and anchors my day, every day. Without her, my creative brain would float away into space. She’s the stabilizer of our family.”

We are thrilled that Mr. McFatridge has chosen to share his many creative gifts with us! Welcome to the team!

Thank you to our PmD (Parents Making the Difference) organization for showing our teachers and staff some love today by providing lunch for everyone! This was a great way to bookend our staff in-service and get ready for the big day tomorrow! 🍍🌸🌴

We are pleased to introduce our new Director of Tuition and Financial Services, LeAnn Doolittle! 🏦🦁

Ms. Doolittle has worked for many years in accounting, payroll, and student finance, mostly in education including K-12 and higher education.

Ms. Doolittle has one daughter and one furry friend, their dog, Angel!

In her freetime, Ms. Doolittle enjoys learning to paint with acrylics, reading, doing puzzles, playing games, and going to the beach.

The person who has had the greatest influence on her life is her mom. “She is gracious, loving, supportive, funny, and kind. Growing up, I watched her work outside of the home to support our family and still cook, clean, and do all the things that moms do. While doing that, she still manages to serve our church, usually in more than one role. She is amazing and I strive to be the person she showed me how to be.”

Please give another roaring Lion welcome to Glorisel Kampsen, one of our new Kindergarten teachers!

Mrs. Kampsen attended Liberty University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She brings experience teaching preschool through second grade (plus art), as well as serving as a Spanish translator and long-term Kindergarten substitute.

She and her husband have been married 13 years and have two boys—and a “pony-sized” dog named Riley! In her free time, she loves reading, crafting, and planning Christmas decor months in advance.

The most rewarding part of teaching for Mrs. Kampsen is working with young children. “One of my favorite moments is seeing the light bulb go on when they learn something new or finally understand a concept we've been working on. I also love watching them apply what they've learned with confidence. Seeing that growth and knowing I had the opportunity to be part of their learning journey is incredibly rewarding.”

When asked who has had the most influence on her life, Mrs. Kampsen said, “My sister . . . She not only helped raise me and shaped me into the person I am today, but she also taught me how to be a good mom and a dedicated teacher. Above all, she taught me to trust God through every season of life. No matter the situation or the storm I may face, she reminds me that God's plan is perfect, His timing is always right, and He will never fail.”
