life was boring. so i decided to only pursue things that excite me. some call it dreams or passions. boredom led to addictions and depression. Thanks!

In the last 4 years, I've been on a mission to discover what my heart actually desires, to trust it, and to take risks regardless of what the social norms are or what is considered conventional wisdom. It's led me to hitchhike across America, trek across 9 countries in Africa, write a book, pursue a relationship before knowing the outcome, move to a small town o
f 100k people which i thought I'd never do, teach a class where students walked 2-4 hours each way to learn, to start businesses, meet a president of a nation, and get in tune with my heart. It's been an emotional roller coaster, but life has been far from boring. Recently, I got inspired again to travel across America, and get in tune with my nomadic tendencies. Starting on July 16th, for 60 straight days, I'll be posting my adventures of getting rejected everyday by strangers for something ridiculous that I brainstorm. Hopefully by the end of this, I'll be on my way to decreasing unnecessary anxiety levels, and be bold enough to ask for things, while having tons of fun! Risk therapy #22 - ask strangers out for lunch
