We want to extend our heartfelt thank you to Mike Beckham , CEO of for delivering an insightful and inspiring guest lecture on the "10 Key Mindsets of Entrepreneurship" in Dr. Devin Burnell Entrepreneurial Leadership class. Mike's talk resonated strongly with our students, providing them with valuable lessons and practical wisdom to guide their entrepreneurial journeys.

Mike's insights highlighted the importance of adopting key mindsets to succeed as an entrepreneur:

▶️Have a bias ACTION: Don't let overthinking paralyze you. Take initiative and make decisions, even if you don't have all the information.

🔬Build a muscle of EXPERIMENTATION: Approach your business ideas as hypotheses to be tested and validated. Pivot when experiments fail, as it's all part of the learning process.

✨Embrace a GROWTH MINDSET: Believe in your ability to learn and grow. This mindset will empower you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

⚙️Have a PROCESS orientation: Concentrate on the things you can control, and the results will follow.

Mike Beckham's talk emphasized the significance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset—a way of thinking that successful entrepreneurs adopt to thrive in uncertain environments and build new ventures. Yjank you Mike Beckham your contribution to enriching our students' entrepreneurial education.
