I am so excited to join the OPE team this year as the Inclusion Teacher's Assistant this year! I've have 8 years of experience in education, including special needs, and I love helping students grow to be the best they can be! I am married and we have a 10 year old boy and a goofy black lab mix. We love video games in our house and play together a lot. I enjoy writing, reading, LOTS of crafts. I am even a trained singer and was the assistant choir director at Mary Louise Phillips last year.
I look forward to meeting more of our OPE families and making this year absolutely amazing.

Hi! My name is Lindsey Price and I am overjoyed to join the staff at Overton Park Elementary this year! This will be my 12th year in education and 7th as a School Counselor! I am the proud mom of two girls, Stella and Birdie, who are so excited to become owls this year too. My husband and I are college sweethearts & we will celebrate 15 years of marriage this December. I enjoy baking, crafting, and spending time with my family. I believe every student is capable of amazing things and look forward to working with the students and parents of this incredible community!

Hello, my name is Joy Blocker, and I am thrilled to be joining the Overton Park family. I am coming to Overton Park from a local preschool where I have enjoyed teaching and working at the front desk for the past 8 years. My husband and I have been married for 22 years and have 3 awesome kids: Griffin (18), Maddy (15) and Beckham (10). We are an Aggie family through and through!

I am a former middle school English teacher, so in my free time, you can probably find me with a good book and a cold Diet Coke in hand.
