As part of , we talk about the importance and value of the voice of the customer. A customer is anyone positively and/or negatively impacted as part of a process. EVERYTHING is a process. EVERYONE, regardless of who you are, has a voice and should feel valued, respected, appreciated.π This is a friendly reminder for you and for me: You are worthy and you are ! God created us all to be unique! If you are in a position where you don't feel valued, move around! There are others that look up to you and respect you for who you are! β€οΈ Keep on shining bright, DIAMOND! π Never forget who you are!

π Happy National PI Day to all the process improvement enthusiasts and mathematicians out there! π₯§ Today, we celebrate the mathematical constant Ο (PI) on March 14th (3.14), which represents the first three digits of this infinite number. π
