7 Days left... The Pack My Backpack Tour is officially one week away! After you get your school supplies and food, take advantage of the many activities that our volunteers will host this year! We have many surprises this year so make sure you stick around for the entire event. It will be 3 hours well spent!

With 9 days left, here are a few things you should know. The Pack My Backpack Tour focuses on providing school supplies and not book bags (although we give away a few in the free raffle). So next Sunday, make sure your kids bring their backpacks so we can pack them with school supplies! If you do not have a book bag, we will provide bags to carry your supplies in. We will serve until them we run out, but keep in mind that everything is first come first serve. Finally, those lines fill up quick so get there early! We are excited to serve the community!

LET'S TALK FOOD! The Pack My Backpack Tour takes food very serious! Comment Below with what you would pack on your plate!
We don't just serve you hotdogs and chips. You have a variety of delicious options to choose from! This picture shows you some of what we have on the menu this year. No store bought meals...everything homemade from scratch! The meat is seasoned and marinated to perfection! We cook it fresh on the grill at the park! WE EVEN GROW OUR OWN FRUIT!! Okay...that part is not true lol! Nevertheless, we promise you will love what our chefs have prepared for you.
PS...The rumors are true..WE WILL HAVE RIBS!

One of our goals for this event is to make sure the kids have the ultimate celebration before heading back to school! You can expect moonwalks, volleyball, face paint, dancing, and so much more! We have so many activities for the children, and it just got EVEN BETTER....WE NOW HAVE KNOCKERBALL! We have teamed up with a new partner to bring this exciting new sports craze to the Pack My Backpack Tour! Thanks to KnockerBall Fort Wayne for helping us make this year's activities EPIC, and showing the kids... ! See you all August 7th, 4pm at McMillen Park!
ATTENTION PARENTS: This year, children will need to be present with their backpacks so we can fill them! If they don't have a backpack to fill, we will provide a bag to put their supplies in.

This is one of the few events where giving happens with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. Why do we do it? Simply because we believe that giving can be contagious. Our efforts are done in hopes to encourage others to catch the spirit of giving as well! We believe the world is a much better place the more selfless people become. So we lead by example. We give... and others give as well! Since we started, this theory has been proven true, repeatedly! Here is an example.
