We’re so grateful for our partnership with Concord East Side Elementary School 💙
Since 2024, a Kindergarten classroom has been implementing Kimochis® to help students build emotional awareness, communication skills, and meaningful connections from an early age.
It’s always encouraging to work alongside schools that prioritize both learning and wellbeing in the classroom. 🐝
Thank you for trusting School Care Team to support your students, staff, and school community. We’re excited to continue growing together!

When stress walks in, it rarely whispers.
It often shows up as:
• Anger – tight jaw, clenched fists, heat rising
• Anxiety – racing heart, restless legs, butterflies
• Sadness – heavy body, low energy, slouched posture
The problem isn’t feeling these emotions.
The challenge is many of us were never taught what to do with them.
That’s where EARS comes in:
Experience – Notice what’s happening in your body.
Accept – Name the emotion. It’s temporary.
Regulate – Use a tool to bring it down to a manageable size.
Share – Talk about what you felt and what helped.
When we normalize big emotions, we remove shame — and build skill.
School Care Team partners with schools and organizations to teach practical tools like EARS so students and adults can navigate anger, anxiety, and sadness in healthy ways.
Ready to equip your community with tools for life’s BIG emotions?
Send us a message to learn how we can help.

🎨✨ A huge thank you to Kitchen Sink for inviting School Care Team to be part of such a creative and joyful experience!
Our team had a wonderful time transforming common materials into imaginative creations, bringing ideas to life through collaboration, creativity, and plenty of fun. Experiences like these remind us of the power of connection, teamwork, and thinking outside the box.
To top it all off, we proudly paraded our creations onto the theatre stage before enjoying the play as a perfect ending to an inspiring day filled with creativity and community.
Thank you, Kitchen Sink, for a memorable experience and for creating a space where imagination could shine!
💚 We are stronger together.

💚 What does mental health mean to you?
We asked Andy this important question, and his answer is a great reminder that mental health looks different for everyone. Taking time to reflect on our wellbeing helps us better support ourselves and those around us.

Hope isn’t just something you have… it’s something you can learn. 💙
That’s one of the powerful foundations of School Care Team’s Steady Steps Program.
In this program, students are introduced to hope as a skill — not a personality trait.
Through emotional safety, predictability, purpose, and connection, students begin to understand that even when life feels overwhelming, there are still pathways forward.
When young people believe they can navigate challenges and work toward meaningful goals, everything changes.
✨ More engagement
✨ Greater persistence
✨ Stronger problem-solving skills
✨ Improved emotional well-being
This work matters because prevention starts long before a crisis. It starts by helping students feel seen, supported, capable, and connected.
If you’re looking for meaningful mental wellness programming for your school or organization, School Care Team would love to partner with you. Visit the link in our bio to learn more about Steady Steps and the other programs we offer.

5 simple habits.
Real impact.
Taking care of your mental health doesn’t have to be complicated—but it does have to be intentional.
Start small:
• Reflect before sleep
• Stay hydrated + nourished
• Take screen breaks
• Begin your day with mindfulness
• Move your body
These aren’t just “nice ideas”… they’re daily practices that support focus, energy, and emotional balance—for both youth and adults.
And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone.
At School Care Team, we help schools, organizations, and communities build real, sustainable mental wellness strategies that actually fit into everyday life.
