Empower your child to become a math whiz with this 2nd Grade Number Sense program, designed to build a strong foundation in place value for addition, subtraction, arrays, and more! Number sense is the ability to understand, connect, and work with numbers in a flexible and intuitive way, surpassing mere memorization of math facts. Phonics Class for Early or Beginning Readers
This class is for kindergarten-2nd grade students who are learning to read or may be struggling readers. It will focus on phonetic principles that make reading make sense.
This class will be on Tuesdays starting June 15th-August 1. Message me for more info.

Does your child struggle with number sense? Do they struggle to understand what numbers represent and the order to math? This class is designed to help your child understand place value and number sense so that addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc. are easier to visualize and understand. Manipulatives are used in games to create a fun atmosphere for learning.

Enrich your child’s summer with the opportunity to learn about habitats! Students will learn about animal habitats, food chains, and zoo habitats. Students will apply their learning by creating zoo enclosures for their animals and writing short reports at the end. This class will be geared toward 6-8 year olds.
