Class will consist of 4 sets with a transition set between each one. It will last for about an hour which includes a warm up and a cool down.

Bring with you: a water bottle, a mat and some weights. If you don’t have a mat or weights please still come! We will have some spares for you to use. Children are all welcome, just make sure you keep an eye on them and bring some extra water and snacks to keep them cool and full!

✨ COUNTDOWN TO FREE WEEK: 5 DAYS ✨

We have classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday which will be an hour long workout with a giveaway at the end. We will also have Walk Run Coffee on Saturday which is a 40 minute walk followed by coffee at a local park (also with a giveaway!). 🪁
