Hey there YOU!
Today is a NEW DAY.
and with each new day
comes a new beginning

Today - I begin again.

I’ve been on a rollercoaster of events and emotions that I allowed to take me out of my regular habits.

Yoga, Meditations, Hydration, Nourishment.

All I could do was “manage my energy”. Not too much. Not too little. Just enough to keep floating on the waves of adversity.

Today I no longer float.

Today I jump in head first and SWIM! (cue Dory 🐠)

0545 Wake Up
0630 Drive Kiddos to school
0700 Prayers and Gratitude in the Car Loop (yep!)
0800 Dog to get for surgery
0830 Shower, Scrub, Shave

Now to the office!!
0900 Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ with Adriene
0900 Happy Juice 🥤
1100 Client calls + follow ups
1200 Mom check in

and the rest is open to
