Event details

May 29 & 30 at 7:30pm
May 30 & 31 at 2:00pm

About the Show:
Step into the 1590s with Something Rotten Jr., a hilarious musical about the Bottom brothers — Nick and Nigel — who are desperate to write a hit play while living in the shadow of Shakespeare himself. When a local soothsayer predicts that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing, and acting all at once, the brothers set out to create the world’s very first musical.

Full of over-the-top comedy, catchy songs, and clever twists, Something Rotten Jr. is a joyful, fast-paced romp through the Renaissance.

This weekend we remember our Savior going willingly to his death on the cross. On his shoulders, he carried the weight of our sin, freeing us from eternal death. Now, he calls us to carry our own crosses in this world, dying to ourselves and living for him. As our brothers and sisters around the world endure persecution because of their hope in his saving grace, pray that they will stand firm to the end.
“For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it” (Matthew 16:25).
