Resident Assistants (RAs) are an integral part of your student’s on-campus living experience. RAs are responsible for community building, crisis management, policy enforcement and, most importantly, programming and involvement. The position gives students an opportunity to develop his/her own personal skills in leadership, time-management and communication. RA’s are your student’s advocates, neighbors, cheerleaders, teammates, classmates and friends. Students leave the RA position better prepared for their careers and with memories of an experience that will last for a lifetime.
