Big congratulations to Mary Grace as she sets sail for her next adventure at University of Miami! 🎓⛵️🌊

Mary Grace will be continuing her sailing career while studying Marine Science — the perfect combination for someone who has always felt at home on the water. We are incredibly proud of all of her hard work, dedication, and determination both on and off the water.

Watching our sailors chase their dreams is one of the greatest joys at Edison Sailing Center, and we cannot wait to see all the amazing things ahead for her.

From learning to sail at Edison Sailing Center to graduating from college — what an incredible journey. 🎓⛵️

We are so proud of our ESC alumni as they celebrate this huge milestone. Watching our sailors grow into confident, resilient, hardworking young adults has been one of our greatest honors. The lessons learned on the water — perseverance, teamwork, responsibility, and courage — continue far beyond the dock.

Congrats to ESC alumni Bo Dwyer! He graduated with a degree in data science, a minor in Applied AI, as a Charleston Fellow, ELLC and Honors college alumni, summa cm laude and a varsity member of the nationally dominant CofC offshore sailing team.

That was a lot to pack into four years, but he made his BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) come true - combining data science and his passion for the ocean and marine industry as he starts working as a data engineer with Freeman Boatworks next month. (By the way Bo, Coach Elizabeth would love a pink Freeman 29')
