O ano de 2022 está chegando ao fim, mas é justamente nesta época que começam os planos para o futuro. É nessa hora que nos motivamos a correr atrás dos nossos sonhos e objetivos. Mas e falando sobre a sua saúde, ela está nos seus planos futuros? Você está colocando o seu corpo como prioridade?
A frustração por estar perdendo a batalha contra a balança é mais normal do que se imagina. A maioria das mulheres não estão felizes com o próprio corpo e isso afeta a autoestima. Acredito muito que, se não estivermos bem com nós mesmas, nada irá para frente. E se você, assim como outras mulheres, tem o objetivo de começar o ano de 2023 perdendo os quilos a mais, chegou a sua hora!
Hoje foram abertas as inscrições para mais um desafio de emagrecimento!!! Sabemos que o final do ano promete calorias extras e um grande chute de balde merecido nas datas de festa!!! Se eu fosse você, não perderia tempo e já programaria o mês de janeiro para o Challenge Ready to Burn 2023!!!

TIME TO ADJUST MY DIET ! 💪🏻🔥
A few months ago I started to eat intuitively, I stop counting calories/ macros, because I’ve been doing it for years and it’s actually good for your body to do a different strategy.
My meals were the same as before, I already know the “right” portion for me because I was use to weight everything.
But after awhile I noticed that I gained a little bit of weight - muscle and also fat.
I personally don’t like myself too big or too small and I’m feeling right now too big 😊
I am saying all of this because now I’m going to adjust my diet to lean down a little bit and for the next 30 days I’m committed to show EVERYTHING for you guys .

My diet, my workout/ cardio, etc. it’s going to be fun 😊

LET ME TELL YOU JUST A LITTLE BIT OF THESE PAST 4-5 YEARS.
2018 - first year in the U.S. i didn’t know English at all when I first got here and I was living with an American family as an au pair. The first few months was very challenging for me and frustrating. I didn’t have any friends, I didn’t have my family, I didn’t know how to communicate or express my feelings so I found in food a comfort. This “comfort” led me to a very unhealthy way to live life. I gained 20 pounds in a few months.
2019 - English was better, made a lot of friends but I was partying too hard, drinking too much and trying a very restricted diet, 2019 I started to have food d!sord&r (compulsion).
2020 - was my year. I changed my job, started going to the gym every day. Also started to study about nutrition and personal trainer. I learned about flexible dieting and that was a live changer for me.
2021 - I continued studying and helping many people with my knowledge.
I also bulked to gain more muscle mass and achieved my desired physique at that time.
2022- I feel like has been the year that I love my body the most. I also feel like I’ve learned a lot about training and my mind muscle connection is better than ever. I keep on doing flexible dieting because is the only “diet” that helped me since the beginning. I eat what I love and I’m able to keep my mind and body healthy.

MAKE A PLAN & ACT 🫡
If I told you that changing your habits is easy, I would be lying. Like you, I have a busy life, I have a family and a lot of work but what you need to do is think about how you are going to take care of yourself. Make a plan and act !
Create new habits, a new routine. Something that works best for you. I can tell you what I did and what I do but our routines are probably different and what works for me may not work for you, but how are you going to do it?! TRYING and do not give up!
I can definitely help and guide you to change your eating habits and introduce exercises that will fit in your busy life.
