What is a turkey?

A turkey is a large bird native to North America. They are mostly domesticated but also live in the wild. There are two different species of turkeys the wild turkey and the ocellated turkey.

A month full of Turkeys 🦃.

Turkey Facts:

Male turkeys are called toms, while female turkeys are known as hens. Toms have a bump on their forehead and spurs on their ankles. They also have a large fanned tail and are darker in color than hens.

Everything that we do, we do it Just 4 Kidz. This week at J4K, we had some changes but we got through the week. This week was Fire Awareness and we learned a lot about how firefighters protect us and keep us safe. We ended our week with an in house field trip from the Fire Station.

We’re out with the old and in with the new. Next week, we’re going camping 🏕. 😁

This week at J4K has been busy. Things are changing and students are enjoying themselves. A fun way to start a new bond with families & their children is showing them how much we care. At Just 4 Kidz that’s what we certainly do, we care and we do everything Just 4 Kidz.
