Our preschool friends spent the morning getting up close and personal with some wiggly worm friends! 🪱🌱 After lots of exploring, observing, and giggles, we released them into our community garden where they can help our plants grow big and strong. 💪🏻

🧱 Physical Skills:From fine motor skills to gross motor movements, stacking and knocking down blocks helps kids strengthen their hands and improves coordination.

🧠 Cognitive Growth:These activities spark problem-solving skills as children figure out how to create stable structures, experimenting with cause and effect along the way!

🗣️ Language Development:While they play, kids expand their vocabulary, describing colors, shapes, and sizes, and even weaving stories around their creations.

🤝 Social-Emotional Learning:Building together encourages teamwork and cooperation, while knocking down structures provides an opportunity for emotional expression and resilience.
