Edible History Exchange

Edible History Exchange EH Exchange is the response to how our perceptions shape our engagement with each other and the Earth.

Supports the social-emotional healing process though our products and enrichment programs by helping youths affirm, learn or unlearn beliefs about ourselves, each other and the Earth. Our program materials are appropriate for summer, after school, and family programs with children and youths ages 8-14.

This team of budding chefs had such a great time making vegan pumpkin pancakes in our Food is Kin pop-up session at @ Flow in Union, NJ. We chatted about fractions, the Haudenosaunee family, how 💯% maple syrup is related to food being kin, pumpkins being a fruit, and so much more! Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful space.
